Worship services feature a blend of contemporary and traditional music with a variety of musical instruments, prayer, reading from scripture, dance, teaching, and moments for mission. You can expect a warm greeting, casual dress and "Sunday best," nursery for infants through kindergarten during the service, and a variety of Christian Education opportunities for all ages.

“IT’S A MIRACLE”
This summer’s Vacation Bible School theme is "It's a Miracle". VBS will begin Monday, July 16 and go through Wednesday, July 18. On Thursday, July 19 there will be a mission opportunity that will include the entire family. Mark your calendar for this mid-summer time of fun, prayer and Bible study! Click the link to the right for the Registration Form. You may print the form and return it to the church by mail, in person, or scan completed form and email it back to the church office.
The next Allison Creek Bluegrass concert will be Thursday, May 17th. Concessions open at 6:30 PM and the music begins at 7:00 PM. Plan to join us for this evening of great music, fellowship and fun. All are welcome, admission is free.

Did you know that the church has a birthday? It is called Pentecost and takes place 50 days after Easter. And what a day that first birthday was!
For forty days after Easter, Jesus appeared to the disciples to explain his death and resurrection. Then Jesus ascended to heaven. But before he went, he told the disciples to wait for the Holy Spirit to come and fill them with power from heaven. For the next nine days the disciples prayed and on the tenth day, the Holy Spirit arrived in the form of a powerful wind that filled the whole house. Then, for a moment, separate little tongues of fire were seen above everyone's head. They felt the warmth and life that Jesus had always brought to them and they knew that the Holy Spirit had come to live in them forever. They were bursting with joy and went outside to tell others of their experience. On this day the church was born.
Need to kick that exercise routine (or lack of one) up a notch? Whether you exercise all the time or want to begin feeling better now ZUMBA is for you. Allison Creek is pleased to offer a Zumba fitness class each Wednesday night at 6:00 PM. The class is taught by Andrea Gunn. The cost is only $5 per class for a work out that will leave you feeling great!
